WHAT WE DO

The Payroll Support Team is responsible for processing the State of Ohio payroll. They provide payroll support and oversight for each State agency to help ensure that State employees are paid regularly and accurately. They provide coordination with financial institutions to make sure that direct deposit paychecks are properly deposited into employee checking accounts. Reports are prepared to document payroll activity for each agency, to assist with payment of employee deductions, and to help monitor employee wage records. In addition, they provide training for payroll staff assigned to State of Ohio Agencies.
