WHAT WE DO

The Payroll Accounting Team provides fiscal integrity of all funds processed on payroll. Employee tax withholdings and voluntary deductions are verified, reconciled, and remitted at the completion of each payroll cycle. They correct any errors in payroll wages to ensure the accuracy of the employee wage and earnings records; prepare W-2s on an annual basis; and prepare all federal, state, and local employer tax returns. In addition, they maintain fiscal accountability for State sponsored benefit programs (e.g. dependent care spending account, group life insurance, vision insurance, etc.).
