The Certified Public Manager® program is a nationally accredited, comprehensive management and leadership training program. Ohio’s Certified Public Manager program (OCPM) is administered by the Ohio Department of Administrative Services.
OCPM is designed for high-achieving, career public managers in mid and senior-level government positions. Public managers who successfully complete the challenging program are equipped with the expertise and competencies to maximize performance and effectiveness within their organizations.
Graduates are entitled to use the official designation of Certified Public Manager® (CPM), a professional credential and designation which exemplifies recognized standards for excellence in public management and leadership.
