Are you interested in going back to school for a degree? Is there a conference or professional event you would like to attend to keep your knowledge and skills up-to-date? If so, the Exempt Professional Development Program (EPDP) is for you!
“EPDP” is designed to provide tuition reimbursement assistance for professionals interested in completing a college degree or financial assistance for individuals needing some short term training or to attend a professional conference.
Here are some highlights:

- Quicker approval times for applications and reimbursement requests
- Up to $1,500 for conferences, events and short term training courses
- 100% reimbursement for A’s, B’s and C’s
- Sign up for Direct Deposit for faster, simpler and secure reimbursement

Tuition Reimbursement |

Tuition reimbursement is available up to $3,000 per fiscal year for courses that offer college credit. Tuition reimbursement is also available for the Ohio Certified Public Manager Program.

Conference, Seminar, Training and Events |
| |
$1,500 is available for Professional Development Events (PDE) which include: the SHRM Learning System, workshops, seminars, conferences, computer training and other eligible programs sponsored by DAS Human Resources Division.
