What is PASS?

The PASS program is designed to refresh and/or accelerate any employee’s skills for professional career development.
  • Through a variety of practice activities, lectures, assessments, individual and team coaching, PASS provides a sustainable skills-set.
  • Continually obtaining, developing and then retaining thinking skills, participants will expand their skills base for the future.

PASS provides core learning requirements and higher level leadership skills to support all agencies’ systems. Participants will learn from a wide array of methods and media that creates a new benchmark in coordinated curriculums. Whether a newly hired or a seasoned employee, all levels of the PASS program simultaneously allow learning and growth in a real – world work environment.

  • PASS combines both classroom and facilitator-led training sessions.
  • Each level of this program builds upon the prior.
  • Levels 2 and 3 teach participants individual and team-based project skills that open the door to excel and grow within their current and future career paths.
Weekly supervisory communication and coaching is essential to the success of the participant!  Additionally, ‘live projects’ are completed within Levels 2 & 3.
