Project Scope: Rehabilitation of 225,000 s.f. building for the Ohio Dept. of Education (formerly the headquarters for the Ohio Dept. of Transportation). Project included renovations to roofs, all mechanical systems, plumbing systems, fire protection, HVAC, electrical systems, building security system and new lighting.

The project also consisted of elevator upgrades, ADA improvements, asbestos abatement and demolition of existing finishes.
