Mission
The
Office of GSD Properties and Facilities is committed to
providing State agencies, boards, commissions and universities
with centralized multi-faceted and technical real estate
services that include: site selection, commercial lease
negotiation, purchase, sale and oversight of state-owned
land buildings and leased facilities. The office provides
facilities maintenance and safety and security services
for many state buildings and operates the Federal and
State Surplus programs through which property declared
surplus is made available to government entities or sold
at public auction.
