TERMS:
Cash, cashiers check, and business or personal checks provided they are accompanied
by an irrevocable bank letter of credit guaranteeing payment. Credit cards are accepted. All methods of payment other than cash must be approved
by Cassel & Associates. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Payments must be made in full, day
of sale or minimum deposit of 25% of total purchase price sale day with remaining
balance due in full no later than 2:00pm the Monday following the auction. Failure
to submit remaining balance in full the Monday following the auction, will result
in forfeiture of the deposit to the State of Ohio. All vehicles must be removed
by Friday following the auction. Certain methods of payment subject to IRS regulations.
All participants must register day of auction.
