State Agencies' Fleet Plans

In accordance with Section 125.832 (E) of the Ohio Revised Code (ORC) state agencies are required to provide to the Department of Administrative Services (DAS) a fleet plan. A fleet plan is required from each state agency that owns or leases a motor vehicle or reimburses its employees for their use of a personal motor vehicle used on authorized state business.
