Taft
encourages state employees and other Ohioans to the give the gift of life
Governor Bob Taft designated January as
Volunteer Blood Donor Month. A resolution
signed by the Governor in October 2000 is intended to help ensure that
Ohio plays a significant role in the nationwide awareness and blood drive
campaign. The resolution encourages citizens to donate blood and commends
donors for giving the gift of life.
The demand for blood is greater than ever,
and Ohio's blood supply is in constant need of replenishment. Follow these
