PLEASE READ ALL SPECIFICATIONS LISTED BELOW. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SUCCESSFUL VENDOR TO NOTIFY THE STATE PRINTING STANDARDS ANALYST IF ALL MATERIALS ARE NOT RECEIVED WITH THE AWARDED QUOTE

THE FOLLOWING IS A REQUIREMENT ON ALL QUOTES:
Return all materials sent by agency and created by the vendor to the "proof to" person. Also submit with your invoice 2 printed samples and a copy of the signed and dated delivery receipt to the Invoice Processing Section at State Printing. Failure to do so may result in the invoice being returned or held for payment.
