STATE FORMS MANAGEMENT

 

Forms Management offers client agencies with consultation, training, and education in a wide range of forms/system disciplines for both paper and electronic forms. We provide a centralized repository of all state approved forms in compliance with the Ohio Revised Code. The repository is maintained on the Internet and provides a central source of information to systematically manage state forms. Our services include:

  • Central Forms Repository and registration of state forms
  • periodic review of forms for consolidation, elimination or standardization
  • forms management consultation, training and procedures
  • agency forms program development and maintenance

All forms must be registered with State Forms Management in accordance with the Ohio Revised Code Sections 125.92 through 125.98.
