Ohio State Construction Compliance Council (SCCC)

PURPOSE:

Pursuant to an Order of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, the purpose of the State Construction Compliance Council (SCCC), is to assist the State of Ohio and labor, management, minorities, and females in the achievement of Equal Employment Opportunity in the public construction industry and to monitor the terms of the Consent Decree in Case Number C-2-82-1198.

MEETINGS:

All meetings of the SCCC are open to the public, except for executive sessions.

MEETING DATES:

Meetings are held the first Thursday of each month.

MEETING TIME:
