Whats New in ELM?
As part of the OAKSenterprise project, the State of Ohio is pleased to announce that Oracle Taleo (Tah-lay-oh) software has been chosen as the Learning Management system (LMS) that will replace the current OAKS Enterprise Learning Management System (ELM).
The project replacing OAKS ELM is tentatively scheduled to begin in the fall of 2017.
Future updates will be posted as they become available.

This report allows the user to input their 3 digit agency code and view a report of the status of all employees in the Foundations of Supervision program in their agency.

ELM Security Access Request (Production) Instructions
The Production area of ELM is the environment that is visible to end users.This form is used to request a new role for an individual in ELM (i.e. Agency Administrator, Instructor, Enroll Learner, etc) in the ELM production Environment.
ELM Security Access Request (Non-Production) Instructions
The Non-Production area of ELM is the environment that is used by ELM Administrators to test information before it is made available to the end user in the Production environment. It is commonly referred to as the "QA" environment. This form is used to request a new role for an individual in ELM (i.e. Agency Administrator, Instructor, Enroll Learner, etc) in the ELM Non-Production Environment.
