Program Management Office

The Program Management Office provides functional, technical, help desk support and training for the State of Ohio enterprise Ohio Administrative Knowledge System (OAKS). Which includes state agencies/departments, as well as, state higher education facilities, tax-supported agencies, municipal corporations, other political subdivisions of the state, public schools and the supplier community.


OAKS DAS FIN DAS (Financials, Program Management Office)

The OAKS DAS FIN Program Management Office (PMO) team provides program management, training, and technical support to OAKS FIN users for the following modules: Strategic Sourcing (eSS), eProcurement (ePro), Purchasing (PO), Contracts Management (CM), & Asset Management (AM). The OAKS DAS FIN PMO team also provides support for the following OAKS applications: Customer Relations Management (CRM), Enterprise Learning Management (ELM), and Business Intelligence (BI). In addition, the team manages the Tier 2 and Tier 3 help desks for eSS, ePro, PO and AM, and supports numerous projects (Administrative Business Process Improvements, Agency Integration, Communities of Practice, OAKS Internal Business Advisory Council, etc.) To view training information and the latest updates about the OAKS DAS FIN modules,  click here.
