Affirmative Action/Equal Employment Opportunity


Welcome to the Affirmative Action and Equal Employment Opportunity (AA/EEO) Unit.  Pursuant to Chapter 123:1-49 of the Ohio Administrative Code, the division shall provide leadership and guidance to agencies in the conduct of affirmative action programs for the employees of and the candidates for employment within the agencies.  The state equal employment opportunity coordinator may issue procedures to implement the state equal employment opportunity policy and programs.
