In accordance with Rule 123:1-49-04(E) of the Ohio Administrative Code, agencies are required to submit an annual update to the approved AAP. The 2015 AAP Progress Report will track agencies good-faith recruiting efforts to address any previously identified Opportunities for Improvement as indicated on the 2015–17 AAP.
Please report all new hires and internal promotion positions from January 1, 2015, through December 31, 2015, along with an account of your agency’s good-faith recruiting efforts to address any previously identified Opportunities for Improvement by Friday, April 1, 2016. Thereafter, EOD will review your report and provide feedback by Friday, July 1, 2016.
If you have any additional questions or comments, however, please review the available BI Report Job Aide, or contact the EOD EEO Officer assigned to your agency (see Instructions) or Felicia Godbolt, EEO Program Manager, at 614-466-8380. Thank you in advance for your cooperation. Your compliance with this effort helps ensure that the State of Ohio remains an equal opportunity employer.
