About Analysis and Operations
The Analysis and Operations section provides a variety of support services that are crucial to OCB's operation. The primary responsibility for this section is the production and development of statistical and costing data necessary for contract negotiations and dispute resolution proceedings. Through the use of wage progression models, the section is able to quickly and accurately identify the impact of possible labor contract changes. With the advent of the Ohio Administrative Knowledge System (OAKS) , the section also provides assistance to employee representatives and agencies in the resolution of contract implementation and maintenance issues.
The Analysis and Operations section also oversees and maintains the Division's web based grievance databases, electronic information storage systems and management reporting functions. It is also manages the Division's budget, facility, and other ancillary services.
